Reporting Maintenance

Once a request is made, tenants can track progress and receive updates directly through Tapi. This user-friendly platform streamlines communication between tenants, property managers, and service providers, ensuring timely resolutions. To report an issue, simply use Tapi’s interface, and your maintenance request will be handled efficiently.

Make sure you supply photos and/or videos of the issue and upload them before submitting your request.
