Maintenance Manager App for Tenants

Did you know tenants can now lodge maintenance requests via the FREE Tenant App or via our Web Page???

We've made it easier to log maintenance requests by reporting these online and encourage our tenants to download the Tenant Maintenance Reporting App.
The App is designed for Smart phones and tablets on both Apple and Android devices. If tenants don't use the App, they can lodge requests via our online portal. 

Some of the benefits include:

• Tenants and owners can log in and check the status of any maintenance task reported or update notes at any time
• People can attach photos or files to make it easier for Click to assess and identify the issue meaning more information for you and less time wasted
• The option to type in a description or speak it in, if device used has voice recognition software
