Property Management Fees

At Click Property Management, we charge a flat management fee, which is a percentage of the gross rental income. This management fee covers routine inspections, maintenance and repairs, rent collection and management, move-ins and move-outs, and more. There are some other variable fees that are incurred by owners as listed:

Advertising Fees: When listing a property for rent, an advertising fee is charged to cover the cost of high-quality photographs, a video tour of the property, and advertising across multiple online platforms, including Click’s website, Trade Me, realestate.co.nz, and our social media platforms. We also utilize a large in-house database of tenants seeking rentals when advertising.

Property management fees may seem like an additional cost for private landlords but engaging a property manager is well worth the expense – and can even save private owners money in the long run. Property managers will save you time and stress by accurately assessing market rent, selecting quality tenants, maintaining your investment property, ensuring you are meeting your obligations of and abiding with the Residential Tenancies Act.
