“We've used Click Property for about 8 years managing a small rental we have in Dunedin. They have been great to deal with - always prompt in communication with any issues with tenants (and we've had a couple of tenants that took us for a ride unfortunately). We've also had some great tenants that needed very little looking after - either way Click has been professional and reliable. We've used our own contractors at times when we knew folk that could do a repair job and Click arranged contractors when we didn't. We don't really know how we managed without using a property management company but glad we went and remain with Click.
